Carnaroli, the king of rice, is the variety that has best adapted to the Sibari area. With its large, flavorful grains, it is ideal for refined dishes such as risottos and sartù.
Carnaroli rice grown in the Sibari Plain, near the sea and at the foot of the Pollino massif. Whole grain, static drying, award-winning quality. Perfect for risottos.

Our Carnaroli rice grown in the Sibari Plain is cultivated just 1.9 km from the sea, with the Pollino Massif behind it. A unique territory in Italy that offers: sea breezes providing the right level of humidity, 30% more sunshine compared to Northern Italy’s rice fields, and slightly brackish soil that gives distinctive organoleptic notes.
The result is a superior-quality Carnaroli rice, more structured, intense, and aromatic.
Thanks to static horizontal drying, the grain is treated with care: fewer breakages, fewer micro-cracks, and greater integrity. The light milling makes it less “white” than industrial rice, but more authentic and genuine.
